Abstract

Additional bone channels or branches of the infraorbital canal can often be present in the literature. These bone channels can be mistaken for pathosis or root resorption. The purpose of this case report was to highlight the presence of an anatomic variation that could have been mistaken for disease. The use of CBCT imaging can be helpful to prevent misdiagnosis and avoid unnecessary treatment.
